1. Who these terms are between
This website is operated by Dr. Harikesh Singh, Azad Market, Bus Stand, near Bharat Petroleum, Khair, Uttar Pradesh 202138. By using the site, creating an account, booking an appointment or purchasing an online consultation, you agree to these terms.
2. Information, not diagnosis
The content on this website is general information about dental health and the services offered. It is not a diagnosis, a prescription or a substitute for an in-person examination. If you have a dental emergency, call the clinic or attend an emergency department rather than relying on website content.
3. Appointments
- An online booking is a request. The clinic confirms appointments and may contact you to change a time if necessary.
- Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move an appointment, so the slot can be offered to someone else.
- Repeated missed appointments may require future bookings to be made by phone.
- Arriving late may shorten your appointment. The clinic will do its best to accommodate you without delaying other patients.
4. Online consultation
The seven-day online consultation costs ₹500 and provides a written assessment and follow-up on WhatsApp. It does not include an in-person examination, prescriptions, medical certificates or emergency care. The dentist may recommend an in-person visit where the information available is not enough to give safe advice.
The ₹500 online fee covers the ₹300 in-person consultation fee for the same problem, even if the visit happens after the seven-day follow-up ends. It does not transfer to a different problem. Payments for online consultations are one-time and non-transferable. If the clinic is unable to provide the service, the fee will be refunded. Once the written assessment has been provided, refunds are considered case by case.
5. Fees and estimates
In-clinic consultation is ₹300. The ₹500 online consultation fee is separate from treatment costs, and covers the ₹300 in-person consultation fee for the same problem as described above. Treatment estimates are provided after examination and are valid for the period stated on the estimate. A written estimate is available on request. Estimates can change if the clinical situation changes, and we will discuss any change before proceeding. Payment for treatment is due as set out in the estimate.
6. Reviews
Reviews are moderated before publication. We publish genuine feedback and do not edit the substance of a review. We may remove content that identifies another patient, contains abusive language, makes unverifiable clinical claims or is unlawful. Submitting a review does not transfer ownership of your words, but you grant the clinic permission to display them on this website.
7. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. Do not attempt to access another patient's records or interfere with the operation of the site.
8. Intellectual property
The clinic name, logo, written content and visual design are owned by the clinic or used with permission. You may share links and short quotations for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing substantial content requires written permission.
9. Third-party services
Sign-in, database and payment services are provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies also apply. We are not responsible for outages or failures outside our reasonable control, but we will help resolve any issue affecting your appointment or payment.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the clinic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
