Before you book, you probably want to know.

The questions we hear most often, answered plainly. If yours is not here, call the clinic or send a message — a person will reply.

01

Visiting the clinic

Where exactly is the clinic?
Azad Market, Bus Stand, near Bharat Petroleum, Khair, Uttar Pradesh 202138. Open the map link on the contact page for directions.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Both are possible. You can book online or simply walk in. Appointments are given priority, so if possible, call first. Online booking does not take a payment.
What are the clinic hours?
The clinic is open 11am–2pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday through Sunday. Wednesday is closed.
What should I bring?
Nothing is required. Just bring the patient; if possible, call first. If you already have X-rays, reports or a list of medicines, bring those along.
What should I know if I have limited mobility?
The clinic is on the first floor and is reached by stairs. If climbing stairs is difficult, call before you come so we can plan the visit and suggest the best time.

Costs & payment

How much is a consultation?
An in-person consultation is ₹300. The online consultation is ₹500, includes seven days of WhatsApp follow-up, and covers the ₹300 in-person consultation fee for the same problem — even after seven days.
How much will my treatment cost?
Fees depend on the tooth, the material and the complexity. We explain the fee before treatment begins, and a written estimate is available if you ask. No work starts without your agreement.
Do you accept UPI, cards and cash?
Yes. We accept cash, UPI and major debit and credit cards. For larger treatment plans, we can discuss a staged payment schedule.
What does the ₹500 online consultation include?
A personal assessment, seven days of follow-up on WhatsApp, review of photographs and reports, and clear next steps. It also covers the ₹300 in-person consultation fee for the same problem.
03

Online consultation

How does the online consultation work?
Pay ₹500, then message the clinic on WhatsApp. There is no in-app chat. Dr. Singh reviews your concern personally and sends a written assessment within one working day. Replies are written by a person, not generated automatically. Follow-up continues on WhatsApp for seven days.
Is an online consultation a substitute for a visit?
No. It is useful for a first opinion, a report review or a question before you travel. It cannot replace an in-person examination, X-ray or procedure. For severe swelling, bleeding, trauma or difficulty breathing, call the clinic or go to a hospital immediately.
I paid online but visited later. Do I pay the consultation fee again?
No, not for the same problem. The ₹500 online consultation covers the ₹300 in-person consultation fee for that specific problem, even if you visit after the seven-day follow-up has ended. It does not transfer to a different problem.

Urgent & family care

Do you treat dental emergencies?
Yes. Call us first. We keep time for severe pain, swelling, broken teeth and dental trauma. If there is difficulty breathing or swallowing, spreading facial swelling or a head injury, go to a hospital emergency department immediately.
Is dental treatment safe during pregnancy?
It depends on the case. Many routine treatments can be done safely, but the right choice depends on the stage of pregnancy and your medical advice. Tell us that you are pregnant, how far along you are, and any medicines or instructions from your doctor. We avoid non-essential X-rays and plan around you.
Do you see children?
Yes, from the first tooth onwards. Children's dentistry starts from ₹500. Early visits are short and gentle, with no treatment unless the child is ready. We also guide parents on brushing, diet and habits.
